Heat the Pan: Add cooking oil to a frying pan and preheat it on medium to low heat.

Cook the Pancakes: Place the heart-shaped crab sticks on the pan. Using a spoon, fill the hollow center of each heart with the egg mixture.

Cook Gently: Allow the bottom to cook thoroughly before flipping the pancakes over. Cook on low heat to prevent burning.

Clean Up the Edges:

If the egg mixture spills out during cooking or flipping, use chopsticks to gently remove the excess for a neat finish.

Use Leftover Eggs:

Any leftover egg mixture can be used to make a quick rolled omelet on the same pan!
